Fwd: સ્વાઇન ફ્લુ ના પ્રતિકાર માટે આયુર્વેદિક સલાહ અને ચિકિત્સા

હાલમાં જ આપણાં દેશના કેટલાક પ્રાંતોમાં મહામારીની જેમ ફેલાયેલા સ્વાઇન ફ્લુ સામે આપ અને આપના પરિવારને કેટલીક બાબતે કાળજી કરીને રક્ષણ આપી શકો છો .
- સ્વાઇન ફ્લુ એ મૂળભૂત ફ્લુ નો જ એક ખૂબ ઝડપથી પ્રસરતો અને જીવલેણ પણ બની શકે તે પ્રકારનો ચેપી રોગ છે અને આવા સમયે તેની સામે સાવચેતી રાખવી પણ તેટલી જ આવશ્યક છે.
ફ્લુ ના મૂળભૂત લક્ષણોમાં શરદી-ખાંસી અને તાવ એ મુખ્ય છે અને તેથી દર વર્ષે આ સીઝનમાં ફ્લુ તો હોય જ છે પણ આ વખતે સ્વાઇન ફ્લુ નો ચેપ હોવાથી તેના માટે સાવચેત રહેવું તેટલું જ આવશ્યક છે. આ રોગનાં લક્ષણો એકાએક દેખાય છે. જેમાં શરૂઆતમાં માથું દુખવું, બેચેની લાગવી, તાવ, ખાંસી, ગળામાં સોજો, શ્વાસ લેવામાં મુશ્કેલી જણાવી વગેરે હોય છે.
- સ્વાઇન ફ્લુ બાબતે રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા જે માર્ગદર્શિકા બહાર પાડી છે તે પણ આપણે સમજાવી જરૂરી છે. જેમાં સ્વાઇન ફ્લૂને A, B1, B2 અને C એમ ચાર કેટેગરીમાં વિભાજીત કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.

- A કેટેગરી : આવા દર્દીને સામાન્ય તાવ, કફ, ગળામાં દુખાવો, શરીરમાં દુખાવો, ડાએરિયા, વોમિટિંગ જેવા ચિહ્નો દેખાય છે. આ દર્દીઓને સ્વાઇન ફ્લૂ ટેસ્ટિંગની જરૂર રહેતી નથી. તેમણે મેળાવડા, ભીડભાડવાળા વિસ્તારમાં જવાનું ટાળવું.
- B1 અને B2 કેટેગરી : આવા દર્દીને ૧૦૦.૪ ડિગ્રી કરતા બોડી ટેમ્પરેચર વધી જાય છે. આવી પરિસ્થિતિમાં ખાસ કરીને બાળકો, ગર્ભવતી મહિલા, વૃદ્ધ નાગરિક અથવા હૃદય, ફેફસા, લિવર, કિડની, ડાયાબિટિસ અથવા એચઆઈવીની બિમારીમાંથી પસાર થતા હોય એવા દર્દીઓને ડૉક્ટરની સલાહ મુજબ ટેમિફ્લૂ દવાનો ડોઝ ચાલુ કરી પોતાના ઘરની અંદર જ આઈસોલેશન વોર્ડ તૈયાર કરી દર્દી સારવાર લઈ શકે છે. ગાઈડ લાઈન મુજબ આવા દર્દીઓને પણ સ્વાઇન ફ્લૂ ટેસ્ટની જરૂર નથી.
- C કેટેગરી : જે દર્દીઓ C કેટેગરીમાં આવે છે, તેમને શ્વાસોચ્છવાસ, છાતીમાં દુખાવો, બ્લડ પ્રેશર લો થવું, ગળફામાં લોહી પડવું, નખનો કલર બદલાઈ જવો અને વાદળી પડવા જેવા લક્ષણો દેખાતા હોય છે તેમને સ્વાઇન ફ્લૂ ટેસ્ટ કરાવવો ફરજીયાત બને છે.
પ્રતિકારાત્મક પગલાં
૧. આહાર –
- સુપાચ્ય, તાજો, હળવો અને ગરમ ખોરાક જ ખાવો.
- ઉકાળેલું પાણી એ કફ જન્ય રોગોમાં ફાયદો કરે છે તેથી હમણાં તેનો જ ઉપયોગ કરવો.
