Some tips from Ayurveda - 23

1. Rhinitis – take light and fresh food and take fresh ginger juice.

2. Headache – Make a mixture of milk and dry ginger and use as Nasal drops. Also apply as a paste over forehead hot mixture of Milk and ginger power.

3. Urticaria – Apply mustard oil all over body. Take Black piper powder with Ghee. Give Haridrakhand with water and also can use Marichyadi tail for external use. Give ajwain with jiggery

4. Pain – Give asafetida with water and apply on the affected part with water

कुछ घरेलु नुस्खे – आयुर्वेद से… (२३)

1. जुकाम – शर्दी – जुकाम में हल्का – गरम भोजन का अदरख के रस के साथ सेवन करे।

2. सरदर्द – सरदर्द में सोंठ के टुकडे को दूध के साथ घिसकर उसका नस्य के रुप में प्रयोग करे। एवं सोंठ का चूर्ण दूधमें गर्म करके पेस्ट का कापाल पर लेप करे।

3. शीतपित्त – सरसों का तेल का शरीर पर लगायें। काली मिर्च पावडर को घी में मिलाकर चटावे और मरिच्यादि तैल का शरीर पर लगाए। हरिद्राखंड का सेवन करे और अजवायन को गुड के सेवन करे।

4. शूल – शरीर में कहीं भी शूल होने पर हिंग को पानी के साथ पिना रखे और जहां पर दर्द है तो हिंग को गरम करके लेप लगाये।

આરોગ્યના ઘરગથ્થુ ઉપાયો…(૨૩)

૧. શરદી – સળેખમ – લઘુ-ઉષ્ણ ભોજન સાથે આદુનાં રસનું સેવન કરવું.

૨. શિર-શૂળ – માથાનાં દુખાવામાં સૂંઠનો ટુકડો દૂધમાં ઘસી એનાં ટીપાં નાકમાં નાખવાં (નસ્ય લેવું) અને સૂંઠનો દૂધમાં લેપ કપાળે કરવો.

૩. શીળસ – સરસવ તેલ શરીરે ચોળવું - મરીનું ચૂર્ણ ઘીમાં ચટાડવું અથવા મરિચ્ચાદિ તેલ ચોળવું

અને હરિદ્રાખંડનું સેવન કરવું, અજમાનું ચૂર્ણ જૂના ગોળ સાથે લેતા રહેવુ.

૪. શૂલ – શરીરમાં કયાંય પણ દુખાવો થતો હોય ત્યારે હિંગ પાણી સાથે લેવી અને તે સ્થાન પર હિંગનો ગરમ લેપ કરવો.

Some tips from Ayurveda (21)
1. Hernia: Use castor oil as internal and external application.
2. Boils: Make water by boiling Neem leaves and use to wash the boils. Give smoke of Neem leaves to the affected part. Give 2 tabs of Trifla gugal twice a day with Neem leaves Juice.
3. Epilepsy – Give Brahmi Ghrit 10 ml a day and also use as Nasal drops every day.
4. VaatJwara – Severe Body pain usually seems in fever caused by Vaat (Vayu – as per Ayurveda thought), in this condition Give Dry Ginger decoction thrice a day.
