Female Infertility problem and Ovulation Problem

I am 33 yrs old Male got married 6 yrs back since then we are trying to conceive but we did have a child, My wife is 28 yrs now and she had PCOS and anovalutory cycle she get periods when she takes medications only. she says when she was 18 yrs old she was having continuous bleeding for 15 days her mom took her to some local gynecologist she gave some medications and injections and her periods stopped after that she is saying she gets periods once in 3 times year or unless she takes medications. we had undergone for gondromorphin treatment for 4 yrs in 2010 we had gone for IUI and she conceived and baby died in 6 month of pregnancy threw out whole pregnancy she was bleeding. since then again she did not got pregnant.
